Health Informatics Summit 2010 - The Connected Nation, The Connected Patient

The third National Health Informatics Summit was jointly organised by IDA Singapore and MOH Holdings on the 16 and 17 July 2010, with participation and involvement of more than 200 clinicians, managers and IT leaders. The Summit was opened by Ms Yong Ying-I (Permanent Secretary - Health), Chairman (IDA Singapore and MOH Holdings). This year's summit revolved around several themes, including "Clinical Governance", "Integrated Care", "Clinical Quality", "Standards" and "Change Management".

Apart from sharing of international and local experiences by our distinguished speakers, including Prof Tan Ser Kiat (SingHealth), A/Prof Benjamin Ong (NUHS), Dr James Yip (NUHS), Dr Allen Ausford (Canada), Dr Simon Eccles (Connecting for Health, United Kingdom), Dr Lam Siew Hong (IHTSDO) and Mr Murali (PWC), we also had a strong local participation in several of our interactive panels targeting the various themes in the summit.
